When will my order ship?
About
90% of orders ship the same day (Monday - Friday) that we receive
them. Most back/orders ship within 1 or 2 days. If you are in
a rush for something we don't have in stock, we may be able to
have it drop-shipped from one of our distributors or the manufacturer.
If the distributor or manufacturer can't fill a back/order in
a reasonable amount of time, we will let you know. Call us if
shipping time is critical. Our UPS driver picks up about 4:00pm
Pacific time. Omnirax workstations are made to order, so allow
up to 6 weeks for shipment.

Will you charge my credit card before the shipping day?
The
simple answer is no. However, we do pre-charge on Omnirax desks,
and on particularly expensive products that we have to special
order.

Which shippers do you use?
We
prefer UPS, but we use USPS for PO Box addresses, APO/FPO addresses,
Puerto Rico, USVI, and Guam addresses. Alaska and Hawaii residents
may choose either UPS or USPS. We can also ship by FedEx if we
can use your company's shipper number. International customers
generally choose USPS over UPS because USPS Express service generally
costs about half that of UPS Express. However, UPS Express has
a way of clearing customs quickly, and hence, arriving much sooner
than USPS Express.

When will my order arrive? I live in the USA.
UPS
1-Day
is guaranteed to arrive at most destinations by 10:30am of the
next business day. If you need a UPS delivery on a Saturday,
there is a fee of $12.50 added to 1-Day service. UPS 1-Day
Saver is available to most destinations and arrives by the
end of the day. UPS 2-Day and UPS 3-Day arrive
by the end of their respective days. UPS guarantees these delivery
standards. An exception might be certain remote locations in
Alaska and Hawaii. UPS 3-Day and UPS Ground are not available
to Alaska or Hawaii.
USPS shipments are sent at the Priority Rate, which generally
means delivery in 2 to 3 days. Priority shipments to most of
Northern California, and a few surprise major cities, might actually
arrive in one day.

Customs
processing can be unpredictable around the holidays, but UPS
has a way of expediting the customs clearance process most of
the year.
Orders shipped by UPS Express should arrive in about 2 days.
Orders shipped by UPS Expedited should arrive in about 3 days.
Orders shipped by UPS Standard have these approximate delivery
times:
BRITISH COLUMBIA, vicinity of Vancouver and Victoria: 3 days
ALBERTA, vicinity of Edmonton and Calgary: 5 days
SASKATCHEWAN, vicinity of Saskatoon and Regina: 6 days
MANITOBA, vicinity of Winnepeg: 7 days
ONTARIO, vicinity of Toronto and Windsor: 6 days
ONTARIO, vicinity of Ottowa: 7 days
QUEBEC, vicinity of Montreal and Quebec City: 7 days
NEW FOUNDLAND: 9 days
PRINCE EDWARD ISLAND: 9 days
Orders shipped by USPS Express are supposed to arrived in 2-3
days.
The least expensive method to ship is by UPS Standard.
